Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Go Shopping Over Thanksgiving Weekend

Culture

On Saturday, November 25, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck engaged in some classic Thanksgiving weekend behavior and went shopping together. The couple were seen furniture shopping at a design shop in Los Angeles, likely searching for home goods for the $60.85 million mansion they purchased together in Beverly Hills earlier this year. The new nest reportedly has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, as well as a full basketball court. That’s a lot of space to furnish.

During their excursion, J.Lo wore a plaid blazer over a cowl neck pale blue sweater, paired with jeans. She had her hair up in a loose bun, and wore oversized sunglasses. Affleck was in jeans, a cardigan, and Nike sneakers. They tried out different couches, sitting to chat with one another.

The Marry Me star posted a glimpse of what looks like her dining room table on Instagram Friday in an advertisement for her Delolo alcohol mix brand.

In the Reel she says, “We used oranges, lemons and persimmons for the centerpiece. We layered in some greens to make it look festive.”

She also shared her “favorite Hermès” tableware, the Mosaique Au 24 Gold Dinner Plates and gold utensils.

The next day, she gave an even more revealing glimpse into her life with an update on her upcoming album This Is Me…Now. Her first album in nine years, it’s intended as a homage to her album This Is Me…Then, which is filled with songs about her relationship with Affleck 20 years ago. The singer shared a montage of visuals from the upcoming release on Instagram, inviting fans to “HEAR IT. SEE IT. LIVE IT. SHARE IT,” and promised more news on Monday.

The new album is once again about her love story with her husband, with Billboard reporting names of songs like “To Be Yours,” “Mad in Love,” and “Greatest Love Story Never Told,” and “Dear Ben Pt. II.”
