Gigi Hadid and Leonardo DiCaprio’s rumored relationship appears to be rekindling abroad. After a fleeting romance that fizzled earlier this year, Daily Mail reports that things are starting to look pretty serious—meet-the-parents serious—after both Hadid and DiCaprio were spotted in London at the same locations, around the same times, fueling rumors that the couple’s romance is far from over.
According to Daily Mail, on Tuesday evening, DiCaprio was spotted leaving the Chiltern Firehouse Hotel in London with his parents, George DiCaprio and stepmom Peggy Farrar, heading to the Cantonese restaurant China Tang nearby. Shortly after the DiCaprios’ departure, Hadid left the Chiltern as well and hopped in a car that took her to China Tang. Given the arrival times, it’s unclear whether this was a planned date night or simply a chance encounter. However, after a few hours, DiCaprio and his parents exited the eatery to head back to the hotel, and Hadid left moments later to return to the Chiltern, where it’s presumed she’s staying while in London.
TMZ also shared that Hadid and DiCaprio had another run-in earlier this week at China Tang, where an intimate 20-person dinner party has held, hosted by British Vogue’s Edward Enninful. The pair seem to enjoy group outings (an attempt to keep a low profile?), as they also joined another dinner back in May at Cipriani Downtown New York City’s Soho neighborhood, but were not seated near each other and left the venue separately around 2 A.M.
The former couple’s relationship reportedly paused because Hadid’s priority is her two-year-old Khai, whom she shares with singer Zayn Malik. When asked about the status of Hadid and DiCaprio’s romance, a source told Page Six in 2022 that “Gigi doesn’t have the energy to run after DiCaprio… His routine is too much for her.”
