Why Relaxation and CBD Go Perfect Together

It’s undeniable that our lifestyles have drastically changed these past few weeks as social distancing and group Zoom calls have become the new norm. With the antsy feeling of unsettled nerves at an ultimate peak, it feels like everyone is on edge.

1. Motivate the Mind + Body

While binge-watching yet another Netflix show is definitely high on our list of priorities, all this free time can also challenge our inherent need to feel productive.  Nothing wrong with a good TV binge (Little Fires Everywhere, anyone?), but it can also serve as a gentle reminder to keep our minds stimulated when possible.

One of our favorite ways to improve the body is to pamper ourselves! Yes, we’re talking about face masks, hot baths, spritzers on the balcony, and painting your nails, because the saying is true: “when you look good, you feel good.”
