The Duchess of Sussex is officially returning to the screen.

Disney announced today that Meghan Markle is indeed narrating one of its newest nature documentaries, Elephant, which will be available to stream on Disney+ starting April 3rd.

The project—which will benefit the organization Elephants Without Borders—was rumored to be in the works since before Meghan and Prince Harry announced their decision to step down from the monarchy. At the U.K. premiere of The Lion King last year, Prince Harry was filmed reportedly pitching Meghan for voiceover work to the Disney company’s former CEO, Bob Iger.

Meghan became aware of the project’s conception through mutual friends of the documentary’s filmmakers whom she met during a 2016 trip to Botswana. The documentary’s directors, Mark Linfield and Vanessa Berlowitz, later on approached Meghan asking if she would consider doing the narration for the film based on her previously expressing her passion for the subject matter and footage. Meghan then recorded her narration for the film in London in Fall 2019.

“Two new movies, two unforgettable journeys. Start streaming Disneynature’s Elephant, narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, and Disneynature’s Dolphin Reef, narrated by Natalie Portman, on April 3, only on #DisneyPlus,” read a tweet from the Disneynature Twitter account on Thursday.

Despite previous speculation however, Meghan does not have any other upcoming inked deals with Disney on the horizon.

Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a sentimental history of supporting wild elephants. The couple traveled to Botswana in 2017 in order to learn more about Elephants Without Borders and assist in the organization’s conservation efforts. Botswana is also where the pair chose to travel to celebrate their first year as a couple.
