Beyoncé is the birthday present that keeps on giving. She recently made an appearance at Shakira’s 43rd birthday party looking gorgeous in a hot pink gown. The mini dress had ruffle detailing, a plunging neckline, and was accessorized with sparkly metallic heels. Her look was designed by Project Runway alum Michael Costello.

The couple was in Miami to watch the Kansas City Chiefs defeat the San Fransisco 49ers at the Super Bowl. While there, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez delivered a legendary halftime performance. Beyoncé previously collaborated with Shakira on the 2007 song “Beautiful Liar.” Perhaps Bey gave Shakira some tips for headlining the halftime show, as she herself performed during the 2013 and 2016 shows. (During the latter, she was a special guest during Coldplay’s headlining set.)
Queen Bey has made the most of her Miami trip fashion-wise. At the Super Bowl, she wore a green two-piece suit by Balmain, accessorized with white pumps and sunglasses. Beyoncé completed the look with a statement-making diamond choker (while making another statement by sitting during the national anthem). The entire Carter clan opted not to wear sports jerseys. Instead, Jay-Z wore a jacket eerily similar to the one he chose for Shakira’s birthday celebration. Their 8-year-old daughter Blue Ivy sported a ruffly red shirt paired with a black leather jacket, skirt, and combat boots.
