Forget the standard baby shoes shot. Ciara posted a peak Instagram vacation photo for her third pregnancy announcement, sharing a shot of herself in a bikini, taking in paradise.
“Number 3,” she captioned the photo of herself, tagging her husband Russell Wilson. This is Ciara’s second child with Wilson; they also share two-year-old daughter Sienna Wilson. Ciara additionally has a son, five-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn, with rapper Future.
Ciara spoke in November about how Wilson wants a big family, and she’s game for more children. “If you ask [Russell], we’re talking eight babies,” she told Extra of their family plans, via Page Six. “We’ll just go one day at a time, but I definitely do look forward to having more kids…We got time for that.”
She also spoke glowingly to Wonderland magazine in December 2018 about Wilson and their marriage. “I do feel that I’m a better woman because of him,” she said, via People. “Obviously I have my own vision for myself, but my husband definitely makes me better and that’s what marriage is about. You both make each other better.”
She talked about her hopes to have more kids then too: “Hopefully there will be more kids, for sure,” she told the publication. “Well, you know, I got time! I’m a woman of ambition on a mission, so when the timing is right, of course!” Less than two years later, that timing came along.
