Beauty

What pairs best with a Grammy, you ask? If you’re a hopeful nominee dreaming of accepting the miniature gilded gramophone, ten digits of intricate and exquisite nail art seem to be the only option. Celebrities like Billy Porter and Rosalía all have extended their look from cool hair and gorgeous gowns to the focus on their fingers. Ahead, some of the best celebrity nail art so far.

Rosalía’s Blinding Bling

Rosalía kicked off the trend this afternoon while accepting her Grammy for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative album at the pre-telecast show in Los Angeles. The long silver diamond-encrusted nails perfectly complement the huge rock on her finger.

Lizzo’s Lucky 8s

Lizzo also arrived early to the Grammy red carpet in a gorgeous white gown with nails and jewels to match. Celebrity manicurist Eri Ishizu was responsible for Lizzo’s “lucky eight design”. Ishizu used Christian Louboutin Metallinudes in Goldissima to paint glitter eights on each nail—a nod to the singer’s eight nominations.

Last but not least, the one and only Billy Porter got in on the red carpet trend. The superstar arrived in style wearing the only blue eyeshadow that matters and a bedazzled hat made for icons only. His silver nails were a natural extension to the rest of his look.
