In April, 2018, the world learned that Jim Halpert actually has some extremely dark corners in his mind. John Krasinksi’s first horror movie was a success: It’s “Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes, and critics loved it. Roger Ebert’s website called it “a nerve shredder“—in other words, the movie is not for everyone.

If you felt that your nerves were shredded to pieces after that first movie, then the sequel, out March 20, is going to do a real number on you. On his Instagram Wednesday morning, Krasinski released the trailer for A Quiet Place Part II. The trailer is below.

The trailer starts with Emily Blunt driving her regular four-door family car down the street with her kids in the backseat. Everyone is laughing and smiling; it all seems normal. First, you think, “Wow! Maybe they can have a normal life now! That’s great!” Then, out of nowhere, big monster.

It’s clear, even after Krasinski’s character, Lee Abbott sacrifices himself to save his children, the family is back to normal, easy-going life. Blunt’s character, Evelyn Abbott, is now a single mom and a gun-toting defender of her children’s safety. But her life, and this movie, are still nerve-shreddingly terrifying
