Kylie Jenner and Drake are definitely spending time together, but outlets’ sources have been pretty divided over whether or not they’re just friends or dating. Last week, Jenner’s rep denied a source’s remark to People that “Kylie doesn’t seem to be dating. She sees Drake occasionally, but it doesn’t seem serious.”
But over at Us Weekly, sources are still telling the outlet that Jenner and Drake really are romantically interested in each other. In fact, they always have been.
One source had new intel, explaining, “They have known each other and been friends for a very long time, and there has always been a spark there, but their situation is complicated and so is Kylie’s with Travis [Scott, Jenner’s ex-boyfriend and the father of her daughter Stormi Webster].”
“Drake and Kylie don’t want to jeopardize their friendship by crossing any major boundaries,” the source continued. “Drake doesn’t have any intention of taking on a fatherly role with Stormi, and he wants to have fun with Kylie with no strings attached and continue to have a friendship and be supportive of one another.”
The two do have feelings for each other, the source said, and yes, they are still spending time together. “Drake has always had a thing for Kylie and it’s mutual,” the source said. “They hang out here and there and have been more recently than in the past because Kylie is technically single right now, and the two of them live so close to each other.”
Jenner confirmed she and Scott were no longer dating on October 3, after reports came out the two were on a break. “Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi,” she tweeted, adding a double exclamation mark emoji. “Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”
