From a Jurassic Park cast reunion to JLo & Shakira teaming up for the Super Bowl.

The original cast of Jurassic Park is reuniting for a reboot
Over 25 year since Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill terrified and comforted us in equal measure, the trio is reuniting for an upcoming film in the Jurassic Park franchise, co-starring alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas-Howard. The franchise’s latest film, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom., saw the dinosaurs getting off the island (!!!) and making their way into civilization, so it makes perfect sense to call on paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant, paleobotanist Dr. Ellie Sattler and chaos theorist Ian Malcolm for their expertise (not to mention experience). Though Dern, Neill and Goldblum have reprised their iconic roles in subsequent films, the three haven’t appeared together since their first outing in 1993. Chris Pratt is understandably stoked, as are we all.

Ashton Kutcher shared his phone number on Twitter
As the release of Demi Moore’s memoir Inside Out draws closer, the actress has been sharing some tidbits from the book during media interviews, including the allegation that her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher cheated on her. Kutcher seemed to have a response ready to go, but instead tweeted: “I was about to push the button on a really snarky tweet. Then I saw my son, daughter, and wife and I deleted it.” An hour later though, he tweeted out his cell phone number, adding, “For truth text me.”

Turns out, he wasn’t talking about the “truth” about his relationship at all. He was actually referring to the recent bombshell about Donald Trump and Ukraine, which kicked off impeachment proceedings against the President. Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, recently met with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky and his wife, and so Kutcher has some thoughts on the matter. According to People, texting that number (which then routes you through a new messaging service called Community) led to the following response from the actor:

“If our president used that financial aid to leverage president Zelensky to investigate Biden should be impeached. If our president did not use it as leverage and simply encouraged president Zelensky to investigate Biden without cause he should be impeached.”

JLo and Shakira are performing at the Super Bowl
Yesterday, two of the world’s biggest musical superstars announced that they would be performing together at the Super Bowl Halftime show next year. Jennifer Lopez and Shakira, both Grammy Award-winning artists, will be headlining the show for the first time. “Ever since I saw Diana Ross fly off into the sky at the Halftime Show, I dreamed of performing at the Super Bowl,” Lopez said in a press release. “And now it’s made even more special not only because it’s the NFL’s 100th anniversary, but also because I am performing with a fellow Latina. I can’t wait to show what us girls can do on the world’s biggest stage.”

“This is a true American dream and we are going to bring the show of a lifetime!” added Shakira. The Super Bowl will take place February 2, 2020 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
