<p>Since so many of us are WFH, putting in the extra hours taking care of kiddos with canceled classes, or simply just feeling the pressure of what&#8217;s going on across the globe right now, it can feel like our inspirational and self-care juices are running low.</p>



<p>So we tapped into a few of our favorite ways to take care on the daily from the comfort of your home.&nbsp; Stay well friends, and let us know what daily rituals you&#8217;re adopting while staying home!</p>



<p style="font-size:30px"><strong>1. REST</strong></p>



<p>Our <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3256323/">immune system relies on how much sleep</a> we’re getting. Take this time to get in bed earlier, read a chapter or two of your book, and catch up on some much needed zzz’s.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It’s undeniable that our lifestyles have drastically changed these past few weeks as social distancing and group Zoom calls have become the new norm. With the antsy feeling of unsettled nerves at an ultimate peak, it feels like everyone is on edge.</p>



<p>At times&nbsp; like these, maintaining a healthy and self-nurturing self-care routine is essential. While life-in-quarantine may not be ideal, think of these days at home as the ultimate reset for our Mind, Body, and Spirit. As we love all things CBD and hemp-related here at Mind Body Look,&nbsp; we thought it would only be appropriate to share how we’re practicing our new wellness routines while incorporating one of our favorite ways to relax.&nbsp;<br></p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>1. Motivate the Mind</strong> <strong>+ Body</strong></p>



<p>While binge-watching yet another Netflix show is definitely high on our list of priorities, all this free time can also challenge our inherent need to feel productive.&nbsp; Nothing wrong with a good TV binge (Little Fires Everywhere, anyone?), but it can also serve as a gentle reminder to keep our minds stimulated when possible. </p>

<p>Been meaning to try a new workout routine? Now is the perfect time to find <a href="https://www.verywellfit.com/best-home-cardio-exercises-1231273">aerobic exercises to do at home</a>. Exercising the body is also a great way to exercise the mind. Doing cardio for just 30 minutes a day releases our endorphins, making us more alert and energetic rather than falling into a slump of laying in bed all day and snacking.&nbsp;</p>
